• Generate custom images using artificial intelligence ("AI")
• Apply those images to custom-printed apparel and products
• Purchase printed merchandise

All products are custom-made to order.

By using our services, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the text prompts you submit
• Your prompts and generated content do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Your prompts and content do not contain unlawful, hateful, obscene, violent, or offensive material

You agree not to use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

AI-generated images are created based on user-provided prompts and third-party AI tools. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated images
• That generated content will meet your expectations

AI output may vary and may occasionally produce unexpected results.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Review AI-generated content
• Reject, cancel, or refuse to print any design we deem inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms

In such cases, we may issue a refund or request a revised design.

User-Generated & AI-Generated Designs

• You retain rights to your original text prompts
• AI-generated images may be subject to the terms of the third-party AI provider
• By placing an order, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, print, and reproduce the design solely for fulfilling your order

Company Intellectual Property

All Website content, branding, logos, and software are the exclusive property of 818 Print Company and may not be used without permission.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
• Payments are processed through Square, Venmo, Credit Card, Cash, or other third-party payment processors
• We do not store your payment card information

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

• Orders are produced after purchase confirmation
• Estimated production and shipping times are provided at checkout
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Because all items are custom-printed, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only issued for:

• Defective products
• Printing errors
• Items damaged during shipping

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 818 Print Company shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues arising from AI-generated content
• User dissatisfaction with design output

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 818 Print Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your submitted prompts or designs
• Your misuse of the Website
• Your violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
